A recurring theme takes shape in this sculptural figure, divided by a platform into two halves. Fragmenting the body into a geometric construction allows the focus to settle on the face, hands, and feet, which articulate and connect the action from one end to the other.
The creature, mythological in character, appears to exist across multiple dimensions: the lower realm more animalistic, the middle transformed into a kind of abstraction. Geometry defines the illusion of space as the life force continues its passage.
